Livin’ It is a non-profit charitable organization located in Richmond, Virginia that has delivered educational programs in the Department of Corrections facilities. These programs are designed to reduce the risk of harm to incarcerated women by providing education and tools in a safe environment where self-evaluation, reflection, and growth may empower women to achieve healthy outcomes for themselves and their children.
Most prison programs have been designed for men. Livin’ It is specifically designed by women for women.
